🏢 Corporate Events & Company Functions
Do you work corporate events, not just kids' parties?
Absolutely — corporate events are a big part of what I do.
I've provided face painting for grand openings, employee appreciation days, company picnics, holiday parties, health fairs, and community events.
Past corporate clients include Old Navy, Walmart, the City of Peachtree City, and Bragassa Orthodontics.
If your company is hosting an event and you want a crowd-pleasing activity that gets people smiling and talking, face painting delivers every time.

What kinds of corporate events do you typically work?
I work a wide range — grand openings and ribbon cuttings, employee appreciation events, company picnics and holiday parties, health and wellness fairs, chamber of commerce events, school and district-sponsored community days, and seasonal promotions.
If you're drawing a crowd and want to give people a reason to stop and engage, face painting is one of the most effective activations you can add to your event.

Can you incorporate our company's theme, colors, or brand into the designs?
Yes! I love a good theme brief.
If your company has mascots, seasonal colors, a product tie-in, or a specific look you're going for, share it with me in advance and I'll come prepared with designs that match.
I recommend also including crowd-favorite designs (butterflies, tigers, geometric patterns for adults) alongside branded options — that way every guest finds something they're excited about, even if they're not deeply invested in the theme.

Can you handle a large number of attendees? How many people can you paint per hour?
For a standard event, I typically complete 10–20 designs per hour depending on complexity.
For high-volume events, I recommend discussing your expected headcount when you inquire so we can plan appropriately — this might mean adjusting the booking duration, simplifying the design menu, or arranging additional support.
I've worked events with 100+ attendees and know how to keep the line moving without sacrificing quality.

Do you bring everything you need, or does the company need to provide anything?
I bring all of my paints, brushes, sponges, my own high chair, and a mirror so guests can see their finished design.
All you need to provide is a standard 2×4 foot table, a 6×6 foot clear setup area, bottled water, and paper towels.
For outdoor events, a shaded canopy or tent is strongly recommended (more info in the logistics section below).
That's it — I handle the rest.

Can you provide a certificate of insurance (COI) for our venue?
Yes — please mention this when you inquire and I'll make sure to have it ready for your venue coordinator well in advance of the event date.
How do I pay as a business? Do you accept invoices or checks?
I can accommodate business payment processes including invoices and checks.
Just let me know your company's preferred payment method when we're confirming your booking and I'll work with you to make it seamless.

How far in advance should we book for a corporate event?
For corporate events, I recommend reaching out at least 4–6 weeks in advance, and earlier is always better for large events or peak dates (summer weekends, holiday season).
The sooner you reach out, the more flexibility we'll have to plan the right setup for your headcount and venue.

🛟 Safety and Skin Care
Are your face paints safe for all skin types?
I only use professional-grade face paints that are FDA-approved and hypoallergenic.
They're free of perfume, parabens, and lanolin, and are never tested on animals.
Whether I'm painting a 4-year-old or a 40-year-old, your guests' skin is in good hands.

How do guests remove the face paint after the event?
It comes off easily with liquid soap and warm water.
Take some liquid soap directly onto your hands and gently rub it onto the painted design using small circular motions.
Keep going until you see the paint lifting, then rinse with water.
Repeat if needed.
Makeup remover wipes work great too and are especially handy at events where guests want to freshen up quickly

Will the face paint transfer to clothing or furniture?
Face paints are designed for skin and wash off surfaces with soap and water.
That said, if wet paint contacts fabric, carpet, or upholstery before it's removed, it can stain.
For corporate events, I recommend positioning the face painting area away from upholstered seating, and I'll let you know when each guest's paint is dry enough to sit comfortably.

👍 About the Experience
Is face painting just for kids, or do adults enjoy it too?
Both! Kids 3 and up are usually excited to jump in the chair.
But adults are often the most enthusiastic guests at corporate events — especially when there are fun options like geometric patterns, floral designs, small wrist or hand art, or bold eye designs for people who don't want a full face look.
I always bring a range of designs that work for every age group.

Can you create designs that match our event theme?
Absolutely. The more details you share in advance — colors, characters, mascots, seasons — the better prepared I'll be.
I recommend a mix of theme-specific and crowd-favorite designs so every guest finds something they love, not just the ones deeply invested in the theme.
I'll put together a design menu tailored to your event.

How do I know I'm hiring a quality face painter?
Here's what separates a professional from someone who just owns a brush kit:
- Professional-grade, skin-safe paints (not craft store or Halloween paints)
- A real portfolio of completed work on actual clients — not stock photos
- Clear communication about logistics and expectations before the event
- Showing up on time, fully prepared
- Consistent quality from the first guest to the last
📋 Event Planning & Preparation
How can I make sure face painting goes smoothly at my event?
A few things make the biggest difference:
- let guests know in advance that face painting will be available (so they're excited and ready, not surprised)
- confirm with your venue that there are no vendor restrictions
- and plan the face painting area away from high-traffic zones so the line stays organized.
What can I do to help you do your best work at the event?
These things make a huge difference:
- Have a 2×4 table and 6×6 foot clear setup area ready before I arrive
- Provide bottled water and paper towels at the station
- Share your final expected headcount as early as possible
- Send me your theme details in advance so I can prepare the right designs
- Keep one guest waiting at the station at a time — the rest stay engaged elsewhere
- If any guest has known skin sensitivities, let me know — I can paint on the arm instead
Do I need to tell you the theme ahead of time, or can you just improvise?
I always prefer to know in advance!
Coming prepared means I can practice the right designs, bring the right colors, and make the most of every minute at your event.
The more information you share upfront — theme, audience age range, rough headcount, indoor vs. outdoor — the smoother everything goes.
I've never regretted over-preparing.

What happens if the event is outdoors in extreme heat or cold?
Weather affects results more than most people expect, and I'd rather be upfront about it:
- Cold or windy conditions (55°F and below): My hands can stiffen, which affects fine detail work. A space heater nearby helps significantly.
- Hot, humid conditions (90°F and above): Sweat can cause the paint to slide before it sets. A fan and extra paper towels on hand make a real difference.
🏠 Logistics & Setup
How much space do you need?
I need a clear area of about 6×6 feet. I bring my own high chair — you just need to have a 2×4 table ready.
For corporate events, a slightly larger buffer around the station helps with guest flow and keeps the line from feeling chaotic.

Where should the face painting area be set up at the event?
Indoors is always my first preference — the lighting is better, the environment is controlled, and there's no weather variable to manage.
If your event is outdoors, please provide a shaded canopy or tent.
Avoid setting up under trees (insects and debris are a real issue), and give me enough space that guests aren't crowded around the station while someone is being painted.
